Top Down Socks with Carolyn Dondi $75.00
Prerequisites: Knit Stitch and a Stretchy Cast-On
We will be making a bulky weight sock for this class, so that you will see practically instant progress. The techniques are the same for any weight yarn and size of sock. Material requirements will be explained when you come in to register.

Let’s Make A Mistake – And Then We’ll Fix It by Judy Cross $35.00 each
Mistakes are part of a knitter’s life and they can be fixed! This class will allow/encourage students to make a mistakes so they can find out how to fix them! How much fun is that. The class will cover where mistakes come from and how to recognize , troubleshoot, and fix them. A class handout is included.

Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Percentage System Sweater Class with Weldon Walker $125.00 (original book included with class fee)
This workshop focuses on Elizabeth Zimmerman’s percentage system sweater pattern. It covers how to read the instructions, using gauge to build on the concepts to construct a sweater that you design! Maximum of 8 People

Something small…with Carolyn Dondi $25 each
Headband Ear Warmer with Crocheted Flower
This is an adult headband made with bulky yarn and size 10 needles and a size H or J crochet hook along with one button. You should be able to complete this project within the two-hour class.
April 23rd ~ 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Little Bow Headband
This headband is sized for a baby 6-12 months old, although it would be simple to adjust to any size. It uses size 5 needles and requires a tapestry needle for some sewing up. You should be able to complete this project by the end of one hour. You could make two!
April 30th ~ 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Baby Bow Tie Hat
This baby hat uses sport weight yarn and size 4-16″ circular needle as well as a set of DPNs of the same size, and a tapestry needle to weave in ends. This a quick knit, you should be able to complete this project by the end of the one-hour class. If you are a beginner knitter, you may need another session of about an hour.

Beginning Tatting with Julie Sprinkle $25
Make lace with nothing more than thread, a shuttle and your fingers. Learn to flip your stitch, then dive into the double stitch to create rings and chains, the building blocks of tatted lace. We will begin with the basics, giving you a good start to progress on to stars, snowflakes, edgings, and more in further sessions. Material requirements will be explained when you call or come in to register.

Beginning/IIntermediate Weaving with Dottie Weir $175.00 (Materials Included)
Beginning Weaving:
Learn all you need to know to start weaving independently on a four-shaft floor loom using one of our beautiful new Schacht looms. Warping, dressing the loom, reading a pattern, weaving plain weave, twills, overshot, epi, ppi, sett are only a few of the terms you will learn during this 24 hour class. You will weave a sampler of several different patterns. A fun class with lots of TLC.
Intermediate Weaving:
Start a new journey weaving hand manipulated laces, clasp weft, double weave, twills and overshot just to make sure you are understanding how to read the patterns, texture, supplementary weft and whatever else we have time for. You will review the warping procedure using the back to front method and plan a new project. You can see this will be a full and enjoyable class.
